My company owns a timeshare interval at Wyndham Fairfield Glade which is being denied to be used. We got behind with the payments, but when we wanted to bring the account into balance, the company denied to give us usage.

We are not attempting to have the late fees and any extra charge that we might need to cover for not having a payment on time to be waived, yet, if we are paying nearly $3K, we are expecting to use our inventory.

The company doesn't expect to have a high season reservation or upgrade, we just want to have our usage scheduled on a different time of the year but after reaching reservations, customer services and even the resort directly we have been denied any kind of solution. I am prepared to pay immediately the money we owe but unless we are granted the reservation before we pay, I won't spend a dime and they can have their property back.

Preferred solution: get a reservation for 2017 usage granted before the account gets paid with an ex temporary reservation .

Club Wyndham - Watch out for lies

While picking up tickets for show in Bransom, we were talked into club Wyndam time share talk. He promised a 2 hour presentation, $150.00 in cash and a week free at any Wyndam we 2 couples would stay together for presentation.

Apt made for Tues at 9 am. First, apt was at 10 not 9 and when we checked in we were not allowed to stay together. PLUS we started 30 minutes late. We were promised we would not be required to leave the building, another lie we were told.

It was a complete fraud how we were lured into listening to their presentation! It finally ended 3 hours 30 minutes from the original time agreed to of 9 am. How can you consider buying anything from people who lie to get you there?

If their reps have to lie to get you there, how can you trust them at all? Don't listen not worth money or promises of future rooms.
