My company owns a timeshare interval at Wyndham Fairfield Glade which is being denied to be used. We got behind with the payments, but when we wanted to bring the account into balance, the company denied to give us usage.
We are not attempting to have the late fees and any extra charge that we might need to cover for not having a payment on time to be waived, yet, if we are paying nearly $3K, we are expecting to use our inventory.
The company doesn't expect to have a high season reservation or upgrade, we just want to have our usage scheduled on a different time of the year but after reaching reservations, customer services and even the resort directly we have been denied any kind of solution. I am prepared to pay immediately the money we owe but unless we are granted the reservation before we pay, I won't spend a dime and they can have their property back.
